Lauri Repokari has participated in hundreds of product development projects and led several radical innovation projects including large strategic projects of global companies aiming at world changing service or product concept development. Lauri has had a remarkable role in the development of innovation laboratories of Aalto Design Factory in Finland, Siemens China, CERN Idea Square and Philips Innohub. Lauri has Licentiate in Technology degree.

Markku Virtanen has acted as program director of Smart Energy Networks program and has acted several years as technology manager of Building technology and indoor environment technology centre. He has been also research professor of building energy technologies and program manager of national CUBE technology program and national research program of energy use of buildings (RAKET). Markku teaches building technology in University of Applied Sciences in Mikkeli.
